SouthBound brings the fishing and boating community together with a dedicated buy/sell app for iOS and Android. We implemented OTP-based sign-up, rich listings (photos & video), powerful search/filters, in-app messaging with push notifications, social sharing, and a web moderation console,creating a safe, high-intent marketplace from day one.

Overview & Goal
Build a dedicated marketplace tailored to anglers and boaters: fast OTP onboarding, rich listings, personalized discovery, secure buyer–seller chat, and robust reporting/moderation to keep the platform trustworthy.

Execution
We focused on reliability, safety, and speed,shipping a mobile app for iOS/Android plus an admin web app to keep quality high as inventory scales.

Results
